Xinhu Farm established and improved the quality traceability responsibility mechanism from cotton varieties, sowing, field management, picking, acquisition, processing and other aspects, to achieve full participation, full responsibility, and full supervision of cotton quality traceability.

On this basis, Xinhu Farm also focuses on the registration of cotton quality traceability unit, selling, printing and pasting of traceability code. Stacking is divided according to the traceability unit. Before processing, special personnel are organized to pick up the "three silk, special miscellaneous" and process them in order according to the quality standards of the traceability unit, focusing on the implementation of key work and key link connection of quality traceability.

Through the joint efforts of Xinhu Farm, company and ginning enterprises, in 2022, 19 ginning plants in Xinhu Farm will purchase 329000 tons of seed cotton, process 122000 tons of lint in total, and the public inspection double 29 accounts for 29.5%. It has been established as an advanced cotton quality traceability group by the Shishi Municipal Market Supervision Administration.

During the training, the lecturer also gave detailed answers to the practical problems concerned by employees and enterprises, such as whether cotton growers can see the information of high-quality cotton they sell in real time, and how cotton processing enterprises apply to become enterprises carrying out cotton quality traceability.
