Xiliu E-Commerce Industrial Park Won The National E-Commerce Demonstration Base

Recently, the 2023 China E-Commerce Conference was held in Beijing National Convention Center. The Ministry of Commerce announced that 16 new national e-commerce demonstration bases had been added nationwide. Xiliu E-Commerce Industrial Park, Haicheng City, Liaoning Province, was awarded the National E-Commerce Demonstration Base. It was the only one in Liaoning Province and the only township level unit among 16 units.

In recent years, with the innovative development of China's e-commerce, the scale and quality continue to improve, and the integration and innovation trend continues to deepen, the national online retail has maintained the largest scale in the world for 10 consecutive years, and its position and role in the overall development has become increasingly prominent. In order to cultivate e-commerce industry clusters and leading enterprises with international competitiveness, the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China has set up national e-commerce demonstration bases. After review, 16 new national e-commerce demonstration bases have been added this year to accelerate the innovation of e-commerce technologies, models, formats and services.

After more than 40 years of development, Xiliu garment industry cluster has been growing and has a huge and strong industrial foundation, with more than 20000 kinds of goods in 40 categories. Relying on a complete supply chain system and sufficient commodities, Xiliu's e-commerce industry has developed rapidly from scratch and from small to large. In order to better promote the sound and healthy development of e-commerce industry and lead merchants to take the road of "online+offline" integrated development, Xiliu Town has established the "e-commerce industry management committee", which will spare no effort to speed up the pace of transformation, upgrading and upgrading of Xiliu e-commerce, and accelerate the construction of a "new retail" ecosystem of industrial interaction. In recent years, Xiliu's e-commerce industry has grown at an annual rate of 30%. This year, online transactions are expected to exceed 20 billion yuan. In January 2022, Xiliu E-commerce Industrial Park won the honor of "Liaoning E-commerce Demonstration Base". 　　

After attending the awarding ceremony, Pan Junguang, the secretary of the Xiliu Town Party Committee, said that the acquisition of the national e-commerce demonstration base this time provided a powerful opportunity for the development of the Xiliu clothing industry cluster. Next, Xiliu Town will continue to work hard on online and offline in-depth integration, so that the real economy market in the new era can be plugged into the wings of the digital economy. We will continue to increase support for e-commerce industry, introduce more optimized and efficient policies, further standardize market behavior, improve service levels, create an industrial system of the whole industrial chain, and truly realize the high-quality development of Xiliu clothing industry cluster.
