Gas Leakage Accident In A Chemical Plant In India
According to "The Times Of India", on Thursday morning, at least 8 people died, including 2 elderly people and 1 8 year old girls, after more than 5000 people felt unwell after a gas leak occurred in a chemical plant in the province of Wei. It was reported that the leak occurred around 3 in the morning and occurred at the LG Polymers factory of RRR Venkatapuram near the Naiduthota area near Gopalapapatnam.
Shortly after the incident, local police rushed to the area and evacuated the local residents.
Data show that the chemical plant is considered to be one of the important markets in India, mainly producing styrene monomer, polystyrene and its copolymers.
