Yang Shibin believes that compared with clothing and other textile related industries, SMEs in the knitting industry are more intensive, and the driving role of industrial clusters is more obvious.

"We will focus on the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in the knitting industry by industrial clusters. During the '12th Five-Year' period, we will promote the technological progress, innovation and quality benefits of the industry through the industrial cluster, and strive to realize the output value of the single industrial cluster over 100 billion yuan at the end of 12th Five-Year.

Wang Yanqin, director of the medium and small enterprises department of the Ministry of industry and information technology, said that 60% of the GDP in China were created by small and medium enterprises, and more than 50% of the tax revenue came from small and medium enterprises.

If the product is not attractive to the market, it can only have one result and withdraw from the market.

Yang Shibin suggested that the work of industrial clusters should take products as the core and do well in industrial upgrading.

The first element of product is efficiency and quality, followed by brand.

The industrial cluster is our regional brand, and the regional brand is the government brand, not the industry.
