At the same time, the project has deeply studied the implementation path of typical products, and planned the list of key promotion technologies and key special projects. The project team gives policy suggestions for the problems existing in the current biomedical fiber products and their industrial development, such as insufficient connection between innovation and demand, incomplete industrial chain coordination, incomplete long-term incentive mechanism, and imperfect entrepreneurial and innovation environment: first, actively create the source of basic research and innovation of digital intelligent biomedical fiber products; Second, promote the systematic and engineering reform of high-end biomedical fiber products; The third is to focus on building an integrated innovation and integration model of "politics, medicine, industry, education, research and supervision".

Li Lingshen, speaking on behalf of the project team, said that the project is of great significance for developing new textile productivity and building a complete, advanced and safe modern textile industry system. Sun Yize put forward three suggestions for the project research: first, low-cost manufacturing of high-end biomedical fiber material products to benefit the public; Second, vigorously develop intelligent manufacturing technology and equipment for production of high-end biomedical fiber materials; The third is to build a closed-loop innovation chain of politics, industry, education, research, medicine and supervision for mainstream bulk products (artificial lungs, artificial kidneys, etc.), form a national brand and create a flagship enterprise.

Chen Jian said that the project research system is in-depth, the research work is solid and effective, and the results are fruitful. A series of high-level research achievements have been formed, and the task requirements have been well fulfilled. He expects that the achievements of the project will continue to deepen and improve, further improve the positioning of strategic research, and play a greater role in national strategies such as "healthy China".

After full discussion, the review expert group fully affirmed and highly appraised the achievements of the project, and believed that the project was based on the major requirements of "facing people's life and health", with a complete research system, clear objectives, rich content, scientific methods and remarkable achievements, and the report conclusions and advisory suggestions were forward-looking, strategic and systematic, It was unanimously agreed to pass the final acceptance of the project.

Sun Ruizhe said that biomedical fiber products are at the high end of the global value chain, bearing the dual mission of building a "healthy China" and building a modern textile industry system. At present, biomedical fiber products are highly concentrated in the global market, with European and American leading enterprises accounting for 70% of the market share. There is a big gap between domestic and foreign industrial development. In the context of the great power game, the risks of "import dependence" and "technology blockade" are increasingly highlighted. The project is a strategic choice to accelerate industrial development, ensure national security and people's well-being, and reshape the economic pattern and industrial structure. It not only fills the gap in strategic research in the field of biomedical fiber products in China, but also provides direction guidance and decision support for the industry to win advantages, initiative, and future. He said that he hoped that under the guidance of the achievements of this project, the whole industry would work together to improve the strategic safety assurance capability of China's biomedical fiber products industry and make new and greater contributions to promoting Chinese style modernization.
