A few days ago, Zhejiang Province released the pilot list of industrial chain supply chain quality linkage improvement. Keqiao District is on the list of "Yangtze River Delta Modern Textile (Green Printing and Dyeing) Industrial Chain".

The textile industry is one of the four world-class advanced manufacturing clusters in the province's "415" advanced manufacturing cluster system. Keqiao District, based on its industrial advantages, strengthens its cultivation efforts, optimizes its layout, and boosts the efficient transformation of traditional industries. On the basis of the original industrial clusters, and with China's light textile city market and blue printing fashion town as carriers, it implements the project of strengthening the fashion textile industry chain and strengthening the group, forming three major advantages of mature industry chain, enterprise cluster, and technical equipment.

According to the pilot content, Keqiao District will focus on "enhancing the competitiveness of industrial quality, strengthening the quality support of industrial foundation, and improving the quality leadership of industrial clusters", vigorously forge new advantages in the quality development of modern textile (green printing and dyeing) industry, and realize a diversified policy and capital guarantee mechanism. At the same time, the Yangtze River Delta Modern Textile (Green Printing and Dyeing) Promotion Pilot Working Group will be established, special action plans will be issued and relevant supporting policies will be improved, special financial rewards and subsidies will be implemented, assessment mechanism will be optimized, and pilot work will be promoted in an all-round way.

At the same time, Keqiao District will also rely on Zhejiang Modern Textile Technology Innovation Center (Jianhu Laboratory) to establish a modern textile quality and technology innovation base, and rely on the textile whole industry chain testing center jointly built with Hangzhou Customs to establish a textile printing and dyeing industry quality improvement training base, so as to provide enterprises with a professional and systematic training platform focusing on quality improvement.
