On September 14, the author learned from the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Luntai County that the textile project of Bazhou Xinyi Textile Technology Co., Ltd., which was newly introduced and constructed in the county, is progressing smoothly, and the benefits are beginning to show.

Bazhou Xinyi Textile Technology Co., Ltd., established in July 2022 and located at No. 88, Youcheng Road, Industrial Park, Hongqiao Petroleum Service Zone, Luntai County, is a comprehensive enterprise integrating fabric research and development, clothing design, production and sales, and cross-border trade. The plant of the project covers an area of 210 mu, with a construction area of 43000 square meters, and a total investment of 200 million yuan. It is planned to construct the project in two phases, with 40 million yuan invested in the first phase. It will purchase 100 sets of high-precision circular machines, 300 sets of arrow loom, 100 sets of clothing sewing machines and other equipment, and build five production lines for large-scale texturing machines (polyester filament plus cotton blend) and one group of intelligent warping and sizing production lines. The project is expected to produce 10000 tons of knitted and woven fabrics and 3 million pieces of knitted clothing annually, with a total output value of 250 million yuan, profits and taxes of about 12 million yuan, and can provide 200-300 jobs.

At present, the first phase of the project has been officially put into production in May. The company's various knitted thermal underwear, casual T-shirts, short sleeves, shorts and other products have been listed, which are mainly sold to Guangdong, Zhejiang, Fujian, Sichuan and other places. At present, 130 jobs have been provided.

It is reported that the company is expected to build the second phase of 100 thousand pure cotton ring spinning and steam jet vortex spinning project in June 2024, and set up a cooperative to transfer 50000 mu of land to plant cotton, striving to build a whole industrial chain of textile and clothing from cotton planting and processing, spinning and weaving to clothing production within five years.
