Xiaoshan Chemical Fiber Industry Brain Project Selected

Recently, the digital economy group of digital reform of Zhejiang Province announced the list of the first batch of industrial brain construction pilot projects, and Xiaoshan chemical fiber industrial brain project was selected.

After more than 30 years of development, Xiaoshan District has formed a chemical fiber industry chain running through the upper, middle and lower reaches. In 2020, the total output value of chemical fiber and textile in the whole region will reach 85 billion yuan, and the actual production capacity of chemical fiber in the region will exceed 5 million tons, accounting for 8.5% of the total output of chemical fiber in China. Xiaoshan District has leading enterprises in Hengyi and Rongsheng industries, leading enterprises in Xinghui chemical fiber and Liuqiao group, and a number of small and medium-sized enterprises with their own characteristics and distributed in all links of the industrial chain.

Xiaoshan chemical fiber industry also has a leading digital foundation. 12 industrial Internet platforms, such as Hengyi petrochemical and ChuanHua Zhilian, have been listed as provincial platforms, and 20 industrial Internet platforms have been cultivated in the chemical fiber industry above the district level, realizing full cloud coverage and intelligent transformation coverage of Enterprises above the scale in the chemical fiber industry.

At present, Xiaoshan chemical fiber brain Construction Alliance, which is led by Xiaoshan District and participated by many units, has gathered construction forces covering chemical fiber manufacturing, digital services, technology research and development, financial services, supply chain logistics and other diversified formats, and has made systematic deployment in the top-level design.

On this basis, Xiaoshan District has built chemical fiber brain version 1.0 relying on the industrial Internet platform built by leading enterprises. This edition focuses on the chemical fiber industry ecology, new intelligent manufacturing application, common technology, integrated services and other scene plates, develops and introduces 49 access application scenarios, 35 open scenarios, and covers more than 3000 enterprises.

It is understood that the chemical fiber brain has developed many characteristic application scenarios such as chemical fiber map overview, effectively solving the practical problems of industrial enterprises. Taking the shared pallet as an example, aiming at the problems of low reuse rate, occupying a large number of warehouse locations of the factory and high cost of capital occupation, the SaaS level platform is established to open up the production data flow, supply chain data flow and logistics data flow, and form an application closed loop. At present, there are more than 6000 service enterprises, and the logistics cost of enterprises can be reduced by 500 million yuan every year.

The relevant person in charge of Xiaoshan District Economic and Information Bureau said that in the near future, Xiaoshan District will also take the lead in preparing for the establishment of an operating company, which will operate in the form of "one operating company + one ecological alliance + one capacity center". For the pilot construction of chemical fiber industry brain, Xiaoshan District will also issue a "one case, one discussion" policy to support the construction, operation and application of industrial brain.
