The notice requires that the real estate and land which are free of rent for commercial buildings, shopping malls, markets and industrial parks for individual business households shall continue to be exempted from property tax and urban land use tax according to the corresponding number of actual rent reduction months from July 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020.

The Finance Department of the autonomous region said that at present, it is actively promoting this work, ensuring that the policy of benefiting the people and relevant funds are put in place, and helping enterprises, especially small and medium-sized and micro enterprises and individual businesses, to help them develop.

At the same time, in order to continue to reduce the production and operation costs of enterprises, Xinjiang timely implemented the requirements of the national development and Reform Commission, and extended the phased reduction of enterprise power consumption cost policy for power users of general industry and Commerce and other electricity prices and large industrial electricity prices.
