COS x Studio Swine New Spring

Sculpture will emit "foggy flowers". When flowers come into contact with the skin, they will burst, but if they fall on the texture material, they will remain the same so that the viewer can interact with the device.

The design of the two person group seeks inspiration in Milan, with its strong and long-standing art design atmosphere as the foundation of creation.

"We were immediately attracted by the chandeliers in Milan's private palaces and contrasting with the traditional design of modern Italy, and became the central structure of New Spring.

To create a great experience, one of Italy's largest luxury public fountains has also become an important reference for us.

Integrating the actual environment into the device, Studio Swine creates a movie like atmosphere in the device, echoing the installation venues of the old cinema.

The device is also specially drawn from the flower scene of the Seven Samurai directed by Kurosawa in 1954 and the candlestick scene of Casanova in Federico Fellini in 1976.

Studio Swine's idea of New Spring evolved from the medieval cinema to modernist design, and the inspiration and Inspiration of the installation were all from Italy lighting - bulb and tree arch lighting. The dark environment in the movie theater gave a sharp contrast to the device.
