(P) the Japan Trade Promotion Association (JETRO) held a seminar on free trade agreement (FTA) in Hu Zhiming (2013) in June 17th. 
Mr. Kazunobu Hayakawa, a representative of the Thailand research center on behalf of the P > JETRO, said that the concessions of the ASEAN related FTA in the ASEAN area have some complexity. Therefore, both large and medium-sized enterprises can make use of the preferential treatment of RCEP. 
Mr. Kohei Shiino, deputy representative of Singapore office at P > JETRO, believes that RCEP will create huge benefits for Vietnamese textile apparel industry. For example, Vietnamese enterprises use the ASEAN Japan free trade agreement (ASEAN-Japan FTA) to standardize export garments to Japan, and their raw material parts must comply with the specifications from Vietnam or Japan. However, over 33% of the raw material accessories used for Vietnamese clothing products are currently from China. Therefore, once RCEP becomes effective, Vietnam will benefit from Vietnam's import trade of a href= "RCEP" > spinning garments, raw materials and accessories.
 according to Vietnam customs statistics, the total imports of garments imported from Vietnam in the first four months of this year were less than a target= "_blank" href= "//www.sjfzxm.com/" > shoes < /a > raw material accessories totaled 4 billion 300 million US dollars, up 15.5% over the same period (2012), including 1 billion 550 million of imports from China, an increase of 26.4% over the same period last year.
