Deputy Secretary General: Shandong cheerful home textile has formed a complete industrial chain of cotton textile, which integrates cotton purchasing and processing, spinning, weaving, dyeing and finishing, warp knitting, knitting, sewing, home textile product design, development, production and import and export trade. The company adopts biological treatment technology, leading the printing and dyeing industry.

Yaguang home textile in Binzhou, Shandong, has a production chain from cotton processing, spinning, weaving, printing, dyeing, embroidering and whole production. Its own reservoirs and thermal power plants and production lines all adopt imported equipment, mainly producing high-grade towel, bath towel and bathrobe, cotton blanket, acrylic blanket, bedding and so on.

Wuxi cotton is a benchmark enterprise in the industry. Its main characteristics are high quality, low energy consumption and less employment. Production of 300 cotton yarn, spindle speed is 20% higher than the national average level, the lowest energy consumption per unit area, and 25 million spindles employed, creating a miracle of cotton spinning industry.

Jiangsu Dasheng group, which takes cellulose fiber as the leading product, leads the market with special products such as Siro compact spinning, and so on, will also make distinctive home textiles, enter into modern service industries such as cultural industry and other related modern service industries, extend the industrial chain, promote the transformation and upgrading of enterprises, and try to excavate the new wealth of the industrial chain.

Jiangsu Sunshine Group has developed "high resilience type worsted fabric" with a variety of new elastic filament and staple fiber. 20% of its raw materials come from corn, which changes some of the oil genes of chemical fiber. At the same time, "embedded composite spinning key technology", "cotton spinning and embedding key technology", "high-quality compact spinning technology", "polyester cotton antistatic twill cloth series" and other projects, represent the advanced technology of China's cotton textile industry, export yarn and fabric prices are higher than the domestic average price of similar products of more than 50%.
