Guangdong province Dongguan city more than a million "unlicensed" footwear workers can finally evaluate the title. At present, the five special jobs of shoe making needles, shoe making typography, shoemaking, high frequency printing, shoe cutting and electronic magnetic head inspection in Dongguan's shoe making industry have been approved by the Guangdong labor and social security department for examination and approval. It is reported that the footwear industry in Dongguan is well-developed, with about one million employees, but the professional ability is not recognized by the relevant departments of the state. Even the veteran employees who have worked for more than 10 years can not get the relevant certificates. In view of this, the Labor Department of Dongguan has been developing footwear industry in some shoe making enterprises. Workers engaged in shoe sewing machines, shoe making, typography, shoe printing and shoe cutting are trained independently. After being qualified by the Dongguan vocational skill appraisal and guidance center, they can get a certificate of professional competency. It is understood that this special professional ability project is different from the ordinary occupation (work type), the certificate obtained is the special occupation ability certificate, there is no junior, intermediate or senior workers. Dongguan City Labor and Social Security Bureau vocational skills training section responsible person revealed, Dongguan also reported to the provincial labor and Social Security Department of injection, stamping two special professional ability, is currently in the process of examination and approval.
