China Consumer Association: 5 Kinds Of Children'S Knitted Underwear Wash Size Change Rate Is Larger.
January 21st, China Consumers' Association 20 children's (Ying Youer) knitted underwear samples were compared. The results showed that the overall quality of samples was good, and the size change rate of 5 samples was larger.
The 20 samples of the comparative test were carried out by the staff of China Association for consumer protection in October 2010 and November.

The identity is purchased from various shopping malls in Beijing.
Among them, 12 kinds of knitted underwear (category A), knitted children.
Underwear
(category B) 8, the average price is 199 yuan.
This comparative experiment was commissioned by the China Association for consumers' Association to inspect the quality supervision and testing center of the China Federation of Commerce and textiles (Tianjin), according to the relevant national mandatory standards and recommended standards.
The comparative test results showed that the overall quality of the samples was good, and the safety performance requirements of the national mandatory standards were formaldehyde content, odor, decomposable aromatic amine dyes, color fastness (dry friction, sweat resistance, water resistance, saliva), and conventional quality indicators, fiber content, color fastness (washing and wet resistance) all met the relevant standard requirements.
The main problems found in this comparative test are size change rate, pH value and commodity use instructions.
Of the 20 samples, 5 samples had larger washing rate and greater washing effect.
For example, the sample size of the nominal Organic card, the 100br and 90br samples of the color dream set, is -9.1%, the standard value is (-5.0) to -5.0 (+1.0%) (nominal superior grade). The nominal size of the baby's open shoulder suit (shoulder clothing + Dual crotch trousers) is -8.2%, and the standard value of the sample is (straight) -6.0 ~ +2.0% (nominal grade).
According to the standard, the pH value of infant products (Class A) is 4.0-7.5.
In the 20 samples of the comparison test, the shoulder Jersey made by the nominal Beijing British daily plastic products Co., Ltd. (shoulder clothing + Dual crotch trousers) actually measured 8.5, slightly alkaline, exceeding the standard value of 1.
There are 4 types of samples which are not standardized, and do not meet the requirements of the mandatory standard GB5296.4-1998 standard.
In addition, there are 3 samples of pants after crotch seam strength index is lower than the recommended standard.
There are two kinds of samples which are lower than the recommended standard.
Pilling affects the appearance of a garment. Pilling is generally divided into 5 grades and 9 stalls.
The 5 is the best, the 1 is the worst.
In this comparative test, there are 5 samples below 3 grade. Among them, the Disnep Disney brand underwear made by the authorized Chinese manufacturer Shanghai three gun (Group) Co., Ltd. has a pilling measured value of 1.5, and its pilling is more serious.
There is no hidden danger of packaging for the 20 samples.
6 samples are marked with Chinese safety warning on the package, and 1 samples are in English warning.
The China Consumer Association said that marking the warning safety term, reflecting the love for infants and young children, should be promoted.
