Small And Medium Shoes Support Policy In Wenzhou

After the high-level visits of the State Council to Wenzhou, the policy of making good small and medium-sized enterprises is ready to come out.

The reporter was informed that the Ministry of finance, a director of the Ministry of finance, led the Ministry of finance research group to conduct research in Wenzhou, and yesterday held a symposium attended by Wenzhou, Taizhou economic and trade departments in charge of Finance and economics.

The investigation is not clear for several days, but according to a participant yesterday, the research team had already held talks with the competent departments of Zhejiang province. Today, the finance ministry will also visit Zhejiang big tiger lighter company and other enterprises.

"After a high-level understanding of the survival of SMEs, the Ministry of finance is likely to study what specific policies to assist."

Zhou Dewen, President of the Wenzhou SME Development Association, who has participated in several similar seminars, said, "from the forum, the Ministry of finance is mainly listening to policy recommendations."

The total number of the meeting was around 20 people. The participants were mainly from the Wenzhou Municipal Economic and Trade Commission, the Finance Bureau, the banking regulatory sub Bureau, and other relevant departments of Taizhou.

In addition, Zhou Dahu, President of the Wenzhou tobacco industry association, learned that the Wenzhou Finance Bureau had informed her that today there will be a Ministry of finance director to visit the Wenzhou tiger cigarette lighter company.

Prior to this, Wenzhou has met with the State Administration of Taxation, the National Federation of industry and commerce, the Ministry of Commerce, the China Banking Regulatory Commission and even Vice Premier Li Keqiang to come to investigate and analyze comprehensively the real existence of SMEs.

"After the first half of the economic analysis conference held by the Politburo and the State Council of the CPC Central Committee, the Ministry of finance, which controls the fiscal policy, is particularly interested in the research in Wenzhou."

Zhou Dewen said.

Coincidentally, the deputy director of the Information Department of the State Council Research Office, pointing to the direction of the future macroeconomic policy of entrepreneurs in Wenzhou yesterday, pointed out that the state may tilt the SME in terms of Taxation and finance.

To this end, Zhou Dewen also proposed a "wide fiscal" proposal at the forum yesterday, proposing the reduction and exemption of corporate tax, including value-added tax, business tax and corporate income tax. He also asked to consider increasing financial support for SMEs.

He also proposed raising the threshold of personal income tax so as to accumulate wealth among the people.

"A large part of small and medium-sized enterprises is labor costs, and now the threshold is 2000, and ordinary skilled workers can achieve it. I think it should be mentioned that 4000-5000 yuan is reasonable."

In this regard, Zhou Dewen explained.

For the industry, the export tax rebate for textile enterprises will rise from 13% to 15%. Zhou Dewen said it had heard this statement, but it is likely that it is only a suggestion and has not really been implemented.
