Without customer payment, everything is false. In the early stage of starting a business, the company's human property is weak, how to carry out the weak marketing and how to break through the bottleneck of sales effectively are the period when the entrepreneur is "passionate wolf" and is the time to prove execution with results.


In the process of enterprise development, every day there will be new problems, and every day there will be new difficulties. Entrepreneurs want to standardize, employees want to regulate, but the limited funds of enterprises, how to coordinate the contradiction between customers and enterprises, between employees and enterprises? When enterprises return, how to coordinate the interests between entrepreneurial teams and the interests between shareholders and entrepreneurs? Innovation always grows with problems, and the process of coordinating and solving problems is the process of enterprise growth, as well as the process of entrepreneurs' growth.


Grassroots entrepreneurs need to be endured by loneliness, failure and humiliation and rebuild their confidence and dreams on the ruins of loneliness, failure and humiliation. Grassroots entrepreneurs should be mentally prepared for not being respected, and should be able to win the respect of execution with action.


Desire, patience, vision, sensitivity, sensitivity, networking, strategy, courage, willingness to share with others and self reflection are ten qualities of an entrepreneur. The most important thing in entrepreneurial cooperation is the written agreement of cooperation, the writing of shares, interests and responsibilities. The interest / share between entrepreneurial teams is the root cause of many problems in the course of enterprise operation. When are the shares priced? When are they not priceless? How are the shares allocated? These are the questions that entrepreneurs should take lightly or seriously. A good entrepreneurial team is better than a business plan. In the early stage of entrepreneurship, under the pressure of survival, all enterprises take the customers and the market as the center. The essence of doing so is simply to obtain capital as the center, rather than the market orientation in the true sense. All members of the enterprise only attach importance to the results without paying attention to the process, paying attention only to the income but not the cost, so that the sales volume and sales revenue of the enterprises are growing rapidly, but the profit has not increased, but it may decline or even lose money.


Is it important to standardize or develop in the early stage of development? Of course, it is important to develop, to grow in chaos, and to standardize step by step in the process of development. There is a bit of chaos in the initial stage of entrepreneurship. If it can develop, what is wrong? If we can grow and expand in the "chaos", why should we refuse to "mess up"?


Product R & D and marketing management are two wheels to create value. Products are the carriers to solve user problems and satisfy users' needs. Marketing management is a means to help users solve problems. Imitation or innovation does not matter. Seize the user and make the user willing to pay. One of the basic characteristics of modern marketing is that everything has been branded as "customer oriented". From the perspective of demand orientation, "as long as the cognition of products is changed, the product is new." Marketing is definitely not good without the products purchased by users. Successful entrepreneurship must have successful marketing.
